Project Proctor includes Supe, an AI-powered superintendent feature. When you interact with Supe, your queries, project context, and conversation history may be processed to generate responses. This data is used solely to provide and improve the Supe feature. We do not use your project data or AI conversations to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent. AI-generated responses are provided for informational and productivity purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional engineering, legal, or contractual advice.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for various purposes, including:
Providing, maintaining, and improving the Project Proctor application and Supe AI feature. Communicating with you about your account, subscription, and our services. Sending product updates, promotional materials, and other information you have requested. Analyzing application usage to improve performance and user experience. Processing subscription payments and managing your account. Powering AI-generated responses through Supe using your project context.

If you cancel your subscription and request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information and project data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
